Returns & Refunds

It’s important to us that you’re completely happy with your purchase!

Items that are in new condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  Items that are custom made can not be returned.Please email [email protected]  with your order number to initiate a return.

Once your return is processed, please make sure include the following information with your package:
  • Your Name, address, email and order number
  • Request either Refund or Exchange
  • If Exchange, include new item (exchange only for equal or lesser value)
  • We highly recommend getting some sort of tracking and or insurance on the package***
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged en route back to us
  • Refund will not include the shipping fee!

If the item you want to return is a customized product, such as a seat or a bag with a personalized logo, custom made belts and more. If you are not sure, ask before ordering!
